NewZapp has a new layout. This article explains what has changed and how to get the most out of the updated interface.
The Left Navigation Menu
The most significant change is the navigation menu. Previously, the section tabs were displayed along the top of the screen; they have now moved to the left-hand side.
We've also moved the sections under your profile menu (that you could previously access by clicking your initials in the top right corner of the screen), that give you details about your account, to this side menu as well.
Minimising the menu
Many of our customers use NewZapp on laptops. Because laptop screens are smaller than desktop screens, we have added the option to collapse the menu, giving you more screen space for creating your communications.
To hide the menu all you need to do is click this icon in the top left of your screen.
This will reduce the menu to just the icons, however holding your mouse over them will still give you a tool tip for each of them, so you shouldn't have any trouble navigating around.
What else has changed?
Beyond the navigation changes described above, everything else in NewZapp works exactly as before. You may also notice that NewZapp feels faster — we have made performance improvements to the underlying system infrastructure.
