How do I remove unsubscribers from my account?
'Unsubscribers' are Contacts who have either clicked on the unsubscribe link in an email sent to them, or who have been unsubscribed by an Administrator from within the account.
'Unsubscribed Bounces' are Contacts who been unsubscribed automatically by the system due to having either 'hard bounced' or met the threshold for 'soft bounces' in a row.

There is no need to remove either types from your account, as they are simply present as a lookup for your reference.

Please note as part of your data subjects protection under the right to be forgotten (GDPR), the data subjects data will no longer be processed once they unsubscribe. However to protect your data subjects from being processed the email address is stored under unsubscribes to protect you (and them) from
- Sending to an unsubscribed contact
- Re-importing an unsubscribed contact
- Manually adding an unsubscribed contact
