Changing the default font details in an email

Want to keep your organisation’s emails looking polished and on-brand? Adjusting the font, size, and colour helps ensure every message reflects your company’s style.

This guide will walk you through how to update these settings, so your email maintains a professional and consistent loo throughout without the need to manually update each text block.

Setting these details in Appearance.

Inside the email editor you'll see an Appearance section in the top left corner.

In here expand the Stripes section and you'll see a couple of different sections for Header, Content Footer, and Info area. In these sections you can set the text size, font colour and and link colour.

Whatever is set here is then reflected in text boxes through your email. Perhaps you've been given the details to put in an email, however its a document with black text on a white document. With these settings set you can simply and copy and paste the text into NewZapp and NewZapp will reformat it automatically.

It is worth noting that not all email clients are able to show links in colours other than blue/purple, so its worth making sure these links would still be visible on the background colour in this instance.
