What is a Customer ID number (CID) and where do you find it?

A Customer ID number (CID) is your NewZapp accounts unique reference number. 

What is a CID?

A Customer ID number (CID) is your accounts unique reference. Whenever you need help with your account your CID number allows our support team know exactly which account you're referring to and help you much quicker. Especially if you have access to multiple accounts.

 

Where can I find it?

Follow these steps to find your CID:
  • Log into your account.
  • In the very top left of your screen, regardless of which NewZapp screen you're looking at, you'll be able to see your CID.

You will also find your Account Name here, and the type of account you have. All useful information when completing a support ticket.
