Unsubscriber Feedback
Whether it's a case of inbox overload or simply changing interests, unsubscribes will happen - its not you, its them! But, its always good to know why they've unsubscribed in case there's something you're able to improve on.
When someone unsubscribes to an email sent through NewZapp they'll see this screen below where they can submit their reason for unsubscribing if they'd like to.
That's all well and good, but where can you see this feedback? This information can be found in the My Account section of your profile menu that you can access by clicking your icon in the top right corner.
Click on the Unsubscribe Feedback heading and you'll be able to see the data. This screen is broken up into two parts and I'll break each part down individually,
Firstly in the top half of the screen you can see a break down of the different responses you've received, with the total number of each response as well as the total number of submissions.
Below that you can then see a bar chart with that information, which is then clearer to see if there's one reason in particular that you're getting unsubscribes.
