So you've created an email and you've had a look in the preview screen to see what that email is going to look like on desktop and on mobile, but the mobile view doesn't look as good as it could do. If only there was somewhere I could make changes to the formatting of the email for mobile readers....
Luckily there is! NewZapp has a whole section in the email editor just for mobile formatting!
How to access mobile formatting
To access the Mobile Formatting menu simply click on Appearance in the top corner and then select the mobile formatting option.
What sort of options do I have here?
There's plenty to do here from making changes to text appearance, button formatting, and adding margins to your content.
For example I have an email where I have some Heading Text that I've marked at the top of the screen as Heading 1.
In the Mobile Formatting menu one of the options is for Heading 1, meaning I can change how my Heading 1 text appears on mobile without making any changes to how it appears on Desktop. At the moment I think this text is a little small on mobile.
So I can make a change to this field in Mobile Formatting.
And now that Heading Text looks much better on mobile with no changes having been made to the desktop version.
