# How to wrap text around an image
## How Do You Wrap Text Around an Image in an Email Campaign?
To wrap text around an image in an email campaign, split your content across a **2-column structure** (text in one column, image in the other) and a **1-column structure** beneath it, then remove the padding between the two structures. This creates a seamless text-wrap effect that displays correctly on both Desktop and Mobile.
We're going to start by adding a new a 2-column structure to the email and then a 1-column structure underneath so your email will look something like this.
## Steps to Create a Text-Wrap Layout
1. Add a **2-column structure** to your email, then add a **1-column structure** directly underneath it. The layout will look similar to the example below.
2. Add your text to the left-hand column of the **2-column structure** and place your image in the right-hand column. At this stage the layout may appear unbalanced, as shown below.
3. Move the overflow text from the **2-column structure** into the **1-column structure** below it. The result will look like the example below.
4. Remove the excess space between the two structures by adjusting the **Padding** settings in the left-hand settings panel:
1. Click the **2-column structure** to select it.
2. In the left-hand settings panel, locate **Padding** and set the **bottom padding** to 0.
3. Click the **1-column structure** to select it.
4. In the left-hand settings panel, set the **top padding** to 0.
The email will now look like this.
5. Use the **Preview** screen to verify how the email looks on Desktop and on Mobile.
