How to create an email
When you click Create & Send at the top of the screen you'll see a list of campaigns that have already been created. If you'd like to use a previous email as a template, click the 3 dots on the right next to that email and click Create Copy. You'll be asked to create a new name for the email and then you'll be in the email editor.
Alternatively, from the Create & Send screen you can click the New Email drop down box and select to either upload an HTML file or From Template where you'll see a library of templates that NewZapp has by default, as well as any custom templates that we've made for you. Select a template, create a name for it and click Create Email.
You’ll get to grips with new editor quickly because it is really easy to use. To help you get underway we have created an onboarding video with you which you can return to whenever you need a quick reminder. Your Account Manager will also be on hand with any questions you have.
