How to add a calendar invite to a campaign

You can now upload a calendar invite into your NewZapp account within a few easy clicks which will allow your contacts to add your event to their calendar! Perfect if you have a webinar, a weekly meeting or would like to invite them to an event. 

  • Create appointment in calendar
  • Save appointment
  • Reopen appointment and click forward, forward as iCalendar
  • Click the attachment and right click save – save to a location such as your desktop with no spaces and no special characters
  • Open NewZapp and upload document to your account - can be found under 'Create & Send'
  • Apply a link to your email draft - either a button or in text and then click documents and navigate to your calendar file
