How many email credits do I have left?
When you send an email through NewZapp it spends email credits that you have on your account. Sending an email to 100 people will spend 100 credits, but is there anyway to see the current balance on your account?
How to see your Credit Balance
It take just two clicks to see the balance of credits on your account.
1. Click on your icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will open up the profile menu where you can see various account settings.
2. Click Usage and Products.
In the screen that opens up you'll see a dial like the one below showing you the balance of credits remaining on your account.
What do I do if my credits are running low?
When you contract renews you'll automatically have more credits added to your account, but what if that's too far away? Simply reach out to your account manager and you can buy more email credits in different pack sizes depending on the amount you need.
Do I need to check this screen before sending every time to make sure I have enough credits?
Not at all. In fact you can set a notification in NewZapp to let you know when your email credits go below a certain threshold.
1. Click on your icon in the top right corner to open your profile menu and this time click Account Management to expand the selection of options.
2. Click My Account and in the screen that opens up click Notifications.
In this screen you'll see 2 fields. The first is for you to enter an email address that you'd like low quota notifications to be sent to.
Beneath that, toggle on the Low quota notifications and set a low quota level. By default this is 1000, but you can set this to whatever you'd like.
Once that's set every time you send an email that brings your remaining credits below the threshold you've just set you'll be sent an email to let you know that you're running low on credits. This email will also be sent to us on the support team, so that we can reach out and make sure you have enough credits.
