How do I see unsubscribers from a campaign?

To find someone who has unsubscribed from a particular campaign click on your Reports tab and the find the campaign that you want to query. NewZapp will then show you a summary screen for that campaign and at the bottom of that summary screen is a table showing you how many contacts have unsubscribed.

Here you can see a total number of ubsubscribed contacts as well as a breakdown of which were by the recipient (Your contact specifically chose to unsubscribe) and which were done by the system (The contact bounced because the email address doesn't exist).

If you click on this till you will automatically be taken to the Data tab where the drop down box underneath has been changed to show you the contacts who have been unsubscribed.
