To find someone who has unsubscribed from a particular campaign click on your Reports tab and the find the campaign that you want to query. NewZapp will then show you a summary screen for that campaign and at the bottom of that summary screen is a table showing you how many contacts have unsubscribed. ![Screenshot of the Unsubscribes summary tile.](https://help.newzapp.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Images/Unsubscribers%203.png?width=670&height=187&name=Unsubscribers%203.png) Here you can see a total number of ubsubscribed contacts as well as a breakdown of which were by the recipient (Your contact specifically chose to unsubscribe) and which were done by the system (The contact bounced because the email address doesn't exist).
