How do I change my password

We cannot tell you, update or change your password.  Because we do not know what it is! If you forget, lose or need to change your password, these are the steps to follow. 


Updating your password

  1. Go to the NewZapp login screen via my.newzapp.co.uk 
  2. Click on the link that says "Forgot Password?"
  3. On the next screen, enter your email address and then click the button "Continue".
  4. The following screen confirms that a password Reset email has been sent to the account holder's email address, this address is confirmed on screen at this point.
  5. In your inbox you should now have received a new email, subject line "Reset Password". In this email click the button to "Reset Password".
  6. A new browser window will open, please follow the instructions on screen. 

Use NewZapp without a password

If you have a Microsoft Account connected to your email. You can log in using 'Continue with Microsoft Account' which will authenticate your login and mean you won't have to remember a new password!
