How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by contacting your Account Manager on 01392 447200.
As per our terms and conditions, 1 month's notice is required from your monthly billing date.
For example, for a monthly renewal; if you cancel on the 25th of August, but your licence renewed on the 10th of August, you will need to provide notice from the 10th of September.
Once done you'll have continued access and usage of the account until the end of its current licence period. All customer details, subscriber data, reports and emails will be erased after this date, and any users of the account will be unable to login.
Annual customers, must give 1 months notice in writing by contacting accounts@newzapp.com.
To view your current licence period:
- Click on your account icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select Account Settings.
- Select Products on the left-hand side.
- Here you will be able to see how much email quota you have left to use, which product you are on and when the licence is due for automatic renewal.
