How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by contacting your Account Manager on 01392 447200.
Once done you'll have continued access and usage of the account until the end of its current licence period. All customer details, subscriber data, reports and emails will be erased after this date, and any users of the account will be unable to login.
Annual customers, must give 1 months notice in writing by contacting accounts@newzapp.com.
To view your current licence period:
- Click on Account in the menu on the left hand side
- Select Billing from the options that appear.
- Here you will be able to see how many email credits you have left to use, which product you are on and when the licence is due for renewal. This will be the licence marked as the 'Current Licence'
