How do I cancel a scheduled campaign?

Need to stop a Campaign while some final information is sent over to be added?

Not to worry, because you've allowed extra time between creation and send, you can stop your Campaign from sending by returning to 'Create & Send'.

We can see our Campaign is scheduled by the Blue Arrow with a Clock in the icon. To stop this Campaign from sending, you're going to want to click the 3 dots on the far right hand-side.

You now have 6 options to choose from. To stop the Campaign from being sent, you'll want to select 'Cancel & Revert to Draft'.

To ensure this is what you meant to do, you'll be asked to confirm this is what you want to do. If you're sure, you'll select 'Confirm'.

Your Campaign is now a Draft and will not send which you can see by the Grey Envelope.

You're now safe to make your changes and reschedule your send when you're ready.
