Can I copy an email to my second account?
Several of our customers have access to multiple accounts in NewZapp and to make things easier for them we've provided the ability to copy emails between their accounts. Much quicker than rebuilding the email from scratch!
How to copy an email across
Firstly, in order for you to copy emails across, the email address associated with your account has to also be associated with the account you're copying the email to. The easiest way to see if this is the case is to click on your icon in the top right corner to open the profile menu. Is the account you want to copy to listed on the right hand side of your screen?
My user account has access to 3 different accounts which means I can move emails from 1 account to any of the other 2, as you can see from the screenshot below.
Then, when you are on the Create & Send screen, all you need to do is select the email you want to copy from your list of emails, click on the 3 dots on the right hand side and select "Copy to Account(s)"
Once you've clicked that you'll then be presented with a window where you select which other account that you have access to, you'd like to copy the email to as well as the opportunity to change the name of your email. Tick the box(es) of the accounts you'd like to copy the email to and click Save.
The email will then be in the second accounts campaign list as a draft.
Why can't I see the Copy to Account(s) button?
But what if you have access to multiple accounts in NewZapp, but you can't see this option? Simply, the email associated to the account you're logged into currently isn't set up on any further accounts.
